Rachel Thompson, MSPT, is a seasoned physical therapist with over 25 years of clinical experience, dedicated to helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. A graduate of Arcadia University, Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology—an academic combination that supports a holistic, patient-centered approach to rehabilitation.
Throughout her career, Rachel has worked with a wide range of populations and conditions, including sports injuries, post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation, TMJ dysfunction, headache management, and geriatric balance and fall prevention. Her holistic approach integrates manual therapy, functional movement, and individualized exercise programs to meet each patient’s unique needs and goals and empowers individuals to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey.
Currently, Rachel is further expanding her clinical toolbox by completing a comprehensive certification as a Pilates instructor, enhancing her ability to blend core stability, posture, and controlled movement into rehabilitation and wellness plans. Rachel is passionate about helping people of all ages return to the activities they love—stronger, more confident, and pain-free.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys a full and active life with her husband, their three children, and their two beloved dogs. Whether supporting her family’s busy schedule or exploring the outdoors with her pets, Rachel brings the same energy and compassion to her personal life as she does to her professional one
