Dr. Matthew Mongiello is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for comprehensive patient care. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Scranton in 2006, followed by his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010. With extensive experience treating high school and collegiate athletes, triathletes, and individuals recovering from surgery or managing chronic pain, Dr. Mongiello emphasizes Cura Personalis—care for the whole person—in his treatment approach.

His expertise includes postural, gait, and movement analysis, with a focus on motor control training, developmental kinesiology, and neuromuscular physiology. He is committed to empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery, prioritizing meaningful functional improvement.

Dr. Mongiello was born and raised in Pequannock, New Jersey, where he continues to live with his wife and son. A lifelong athlete, he grew up playing soccer and now enjoys hiking, golfing, and working out.
