Dr. Mary Boulos graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry in 1990 and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2008 from Marymount University.  She has spent most of her 35 years practicing physical therapy in outpatient orthopedics. After receiving her Doctorate, she was also appointed to the role of Assistant Professor in Orthopedics in a Doctoral of Physical Therapy program and then advanced to the Clinical Coordinator of the program. Dr. Boulos has vast experience in treating a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses including specific training in treating gait and balance disorders. She has specialized training in manual therapy as well as treatment approaches including the McKenzie Method and Mulligan mobilizations. Her approach to all patients is to provide individualized and goal-oriented interventions to maximize functional gains during their course of physical therapy. Most recently, Dr Boulos was appointed to a position with unique training in treating the oncology population including comorbidities related to surgeries, treatments, and treatment side effects related to their cancer diagnosis. Mary’s passion for physical therapy stems from her father who was one of the first 50 licensed physical therapists in the State of New Jersey.
