is a Board-Certified Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, and certified RN First Assist, specializing in neurosurgery and perioperative care since 2020. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Vermont and a BS in Nursing from New York University. She earned her MSN in Adult Geriatric Primary Care from William Paterson University while working full-time as a Registered Nurse and Clinical Staff Manager in a private neurosurgery practice.

Alison began her nursing career in 2004 at NYU Medical Center on a cardiothoracic medical-surgical floor, later transitioning to neurosurgery, where she developed a focused expertise in pre- and postoperative spine patient care. After completing her advanced practice degree in 2023, she has continued to expand her neurosurgical practice across multiple settings and levels of patient acuity, combining clinical excellence with leadership in perioperative care.

Beyond her professional work, Alison is an enthusiastic reader and devoted mom, focused on balancing exercise with sleep.
