As the Director of Marketing, in 2016 she brought CNSO into network with multiple insurance carriers after expanding the practice into multiple counties in Northern New Jersey. She became CEO at CNSO in 2017 and proceeded to triple the patient volume over the next three years.  In 2019, Dr. Marcus founded Pforp Health, a SAAS/PAAS product that lowered the cost of medical claims by improving medical claims adjudication and reducing inefficiencies for both insurance plans and providers.  She also developed a spine episodes of care program.  Prior to attending the Ross University School of Medical, she was the Director of Marketing for six years at a property/casualty insurance company.  She holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of Michigan.  Since 2006, Dr. Jennifer Marcus has continued to practice as a New Jersey based board-certified anesthesiologist while remaining a devoted wife and mother of her two sons.
