Dr. Devas Modi is a board certified physiatrist and interventional pain medicine physician dedicated to helping patients find relief from chronic pain conditions. A New Jersey native, Dr. Modi earned an undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering, graduating with honors from Boston University. He then pursued his medical degree at Rowan University in New Jersey.

Dr. Modi completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the prestigious NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital – Weill Cornell Medical Center and Columbia University Irving Medical Center in New York City. Demonstrating his commitment to innovation in the pain medicine field, Dr. Modi went on to complete an ACGME-accredited Interventional Pain Medicine fellowship at Northwell Health – Lenox Hill Hospital, also in New York City. He received specialized training in advanced neuromodulation and interventional spine procedures. Additionally, he earned a postgraduate certificate in Neuromodulation & Pain Management from Queen Mary University of London. Dr. Modi has made significant contributions to the field of pain medicine through his authorship of peer-reviewed research publications and presentations at national conferences.

Dr. Modi leverages his extensive knowledge and training to provide patients with personalized interventional treatment options for musculoskeletal conditions of the spine and joints. These conditions include degenerative joint disease, sports injuries, and trauma-related injuries. His multidisciplinary and patient-centered approach prioritizes minimizing pain while restoring function and improving overall quality of life.
